frankiecatGrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.......... For a part time job I am awfully pissed about it. The other problem? Mostly resolved (at least so I thought)... Then all of the newbies are pulled into the manager's office tonight, and are told that our productivity is low. I've got the shittiest list, and I'm getting complaints about my productivity... I spend SO much time cleaning it up and actually looking for people to call. And the person who's in charge of us on the shift, sent the manager an email last night about us, when I was the only person there with him, and he couldn't be up front and tell me what his problem is with me... I just... WOW
Anyway, one of the girls was totally reasonable and said use the criticism to your advantage and work harder... I agree, I just... I even used to be like her at her age... I just have been in the workforce a little bit longer... My goal? To make at least 100 calls tomorrow... Well that may be a little high, but I plan to shoot for the stars. And if he even tries to tell me I'm doing better, I will tell him to fuck off.
It'll get better though, I have an assessment and an interview next week, AND Monday is a holiday.
